There is hereby created a grant program at the Oklahoma\n\nDepartment of Emergency Management and Homeland Security named the\n\n\"Emergency Relief and Impacts Grant Program\".\n\nB. The grant program shall be used to either:\n\n1. Provide effective service delivery or administrative needs\n\nto increase public sector capacity; or\n\n2. Provide emergency relief from natural disasters or negative\n\neconomic impacts of natural disasters, including immediate needs.\n\nC. The Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland\n\nSecurity may promulgate rules to administer the grant program.
