Stat. tit. 63, § 63-683.24B","heading":"Emergency Relief and Impacts Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland\n\nSecurity to be designated the \"Emergency Relief and Impacts\n\nRevolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject\n\nto fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received\n\nby the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Homeland\n\nSecurity from all sources designated by law. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and\n\nHomeland Security for the purpose of the Emergency Relief and\n\nImpacts Grant Program. Expenditures from said fund shall be made\n\nupon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment. All expenditures from\n\nsaid fund derived of deposits made from the Statewide Recovery Fund\n\nof the State Treasury created in Enrolled House Bill No. 3349 of the\n\n2nd Session of the 58th Oklahoma Legislature, shall be made in\n\naccordance with the provisions and guidance of the American Rescue\n\nPlan Act of 2021, Public Law No. 117-2, Section 604.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"09a0992639ba959e1e5dfd089fd370001abdee61bf2b12dc98179791d28eed0d","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-683.24a","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-683.25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
