While an emergency declaration is in effect, a volunteer\n\nhealth practitioner, registered with a registration system that\n\ncomplies with Section 7 of this act and licensed and in good\n\nstanding in the state upon which the registration of the\n\npractitioner is based, may practice in this state to the extent\n\nauthorized by the Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners\n\nAct as if the practitioner were licensed in this state.\n\nB.
