Stat. tit. 63, § 63-684.8","heading":"Supplementary agreements","body":"ARTICLE VII\n\nSupplementary Agreements\n\nInasmuch as it is probable that the pattern and detail of the\n\nmachinery for mutual aid among two or more states may differ from\n\nthat among the states that are party hereto, this compact contains\n\nelements of a broad base common to all states, and nothing herein\n\nshall preclude any state entering into supplementary agreements with\n\nanother state or affect any other agreements already in force\n\nbetween states.
