Stat. tit. 63, § 63-685.11","heading":"Disputes","body":"\n\nAny dispute concerning a question of fact arising under this act\n\nwith respect to an office in the executive branch of the state\n\ngovernment (except a dispute of fact relative to the Office of\n\nGovernor) shall be adjudicated by the Governor (or other official\n\nauthorized under the Constitution and this act to exercise the\n\npowers and discharge the duties of the office of Governor) and his\n\ndecision shall be final.
