Stat. tit. 63, § 63-685.8","heading":"Oaths","body":"At the time of their designation, emergency interim successors\n\nand special emergency judges shall take such oath as may be required\n\nfor them to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the\n\noffice to which they may succeed.
