Stat. tit. 63, § 63-686.11","heading":"Calling of session - Limitations suspended","body":"In the event of an emergency or disaster, the Governor shall\n\ncall the Legislature into session as soon as practicable, and in any\n\ncase within thirty (30) days following the inception of the\n\nemergency or disaster. Each legislator and each emergency interim\n\nsuccessor, unless the Governor is certain that the legislator to\n\nwhose powers and duties the legislator is designated to succeed or\n\nany emergency interim successor higher in order of succession will\n\nnot be unavailable, shall proceed to the place of session as\n\nexpeditiously as practicable.
