Stat. tit. 63, § 63-686.7","heading":"Effective date of designations and removals - Recording","body":"Each designation of an emergency interim successor shall become\n\neffective when the legislator or party floor leader making the\n\ndesignation files with the Secretary of State the successor's name,\n\naddress and rank in order of succession. The removal of an\n\nemergency interim successor or change in order of succession shall\n\nbecome effective when the legislator or party floor leader, so\n\nacting, files this information with the Secretary of State. All\n\nsuch data shall be open to public inspection. The Secretary of\n\nState shall inform the Governor, the Oklahoma Department of\n\nEmergency Management, the journal clerk of the house concerned and\n\nall emergency interim successors, of all such designations, removals\n\nand changes in order of succession.
