Whenever a disaster makes it imprudent or impossible to\n\nconduct the affairs of state government at its seat in Oklahoma\n\nCity, Oklahoma, the Governor may proclaim temporary locations for\n\nthe seat of state government at any place he deems advisable, either\n\ninside or outside of the state. The Governor may issue necessary\n\norders for orderly transition of the affairs of government to any\n\ntemporary emergency or man-made disaster location, which remains the\n\nseat of state government until the Legislature establishes a new\n\nlocation, or until the emergency or man-made disaster is declared\n\nended by the Legislature and the seat is returned to its normal\n\nlocation in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.\n\nB.
