Whenever an emergency or man-made disaster makes it\n\nimprudent or impossible to conduct the affairs of any local\n\ngovernment at its regular location, the governing body may meet at\n\nany place, inside or outside the limits of the political\n\nsubdivision, at the call of the presiding officer or any two members\n\nof the governing body, and designate by ordinance a temporary\n\nemergency or man-made disaster location of the local government,\n\nwhich remains the seat of the local government until the governing\n\nbody establishes a new location or until the emergency or man-made\n\ndisaster is declared ended by the Legislature and the seat is\n\nreturned to its normal location.\n\nB.
