Stat. tit. 63, § 63-6900","heading":"Grant programs for administration of National Hospital","body":"Preparedness Program.\n\nA. The State Commissioner of Health shall develop grant\n\nprograms for private, nonprofit and public entities for the purpose\n\nof administering the National Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP).\n\nFor purposes of this section, the “National Hospital Preparedness\n\nProgram” or “HPP” means the federal preparedness grant offered\n\nthrough the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services designed to\n\nimprove surge capacity and enhance community and hospital\n\npreparedness for public health emergencies.\n\nB. The selection and awarding of grants, whether in the form of\n\nprofessional service contracts or any other funding mechanism\n\ndeveloped by the Commissioner, to programs developed pursuant to\n\nthis section shall be exempt from the requirements of The Oklahoma\n\nCentral Purchasing Act.\n\nC. The Commissioner shall develop a process for awarding grants\n\nto programs developed pursuant to this section.
