Stat. tit. 63, § 63-695.10","heading":"Plans for evacuation and interjurisdiction reception of","body":"civilian population.\n\nPlans for the orderly evacuation and interjurisdiction reception\n\nof portions of the civilian population as the result of any\n\nemergency or disaster of sufficient proportions to so warrant, shall\n\nbe worked out and maintained between the party jurisdictions of the\n\nOklahoma Intrastate Mutual Aid Compact and the emergency management\n\nor services directors of the various jurisdictions where any type of\n\nincident requiring evacuations might occur. Such plans shall be put\n\ninto effect by request of the jurisdiction from which evacuees come\n\nand shall include the manner of transporting such evacuees, the\n\nnumber of evacuees to be received in different areas, the manner in\n\nwhich food, clothing, housing, and medical care will be provided,\n\nthe registration of evacuees, the providing of facilities for the\n\nnotification of relatives or friends, and the forwarding of such\n\nevacuees to other areas or the bringing in of additional materials,\n\nsupplies, and all other relevant factors.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9a769b9e45f458b10ad204b6518b09784e062d34558a05012f6ce1a2c8eace44","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-695.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-695.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
