Stat. tit. 63, § 63-695.5","heading":"Necessary actions and provisions - Powers, duties,","body":"rights and privileges of emergency forces - Command and control.\n\nAny jurisdiction requested to render mutual aid or conduct\n\nexercises and training for mutual aid shall take such action as is\n\nnecessary to provide and make available the resources covered by the\n\nOklahoma Intrastate Mutual Aid Compact in accordance with the terms\n\nhereof; provided that it is understood that the jurisdiction\n\nrendering aid may withhold resources to the extent necessary to\n\nprovide reasonable protection for its own jurisdiction.\n\nEach jurisdiction shall afford the emergency forces of any\n\njurisdiction, while operating within its jurisdictional limits under\n\nthe terms and conditions of the Compact, the same powers, duties,\n\nrights, and privileges as are afforded forces of the jurisdiction in\n\nwhich they are performing emergency services.
