Stat. tit. 63, § 63-695.7","heading":"Liability and immunity","body":"Officers or employees of a jurisdiction rendering aid in another\n\njurisdiction pursuant to the Oklahoma Intrastate Mutual Aid Compact\n\nshall be considered within the scope of employment of the requesting\n\njurisdiction for tort liability and immunity purposes. No\n\njurisdiction or its officers or employees rendering aid in another\n\njurisdiction pursuant to the Compact shall be liable on account of\n\nany act or omission in good faith on the jurisdiction of such forces\n\nwhile so engaged or on account of the maintenance or use of any\n\nequipment or supplies in connection therewith.
