Stat. tit. 63, § 63-7002","heading":"Sale, etc. of human or synthetic urine or of adulterants","body":"– Violation – Penalty.\n\nA. It is unlawful for a person to:\n\n1. Sell, give away, distribute, or market human or synthetic\n\nurine in this state or transport human or synthetic urine into this\n\nstate with the intent of using the urine to defraud or cause\n\ndeceitful results in a urine, drug, or alcohol screening test;\n\n2. Attempt to foil or defeat a urine, drug, or alcohol\n\nscreening test by the substitution or spiking of a urine sample;\n\n3. Advertise for sale any product designed to foil or defeat a\n\nurine, drug, or alcohol screening test;\n\n4. Adulterate a urine or other bodily fluid sample with the\n\nintent to defraud or cause deceitful results in a urine, drug, or\n\nalcohol screening test;\n\n5. Possess adulterants which are intended to be used to\n\nadulterate a urine or other bodily fluid sample for the purpose of\n\ndefrauding or causing deceitful results in a urine, drug, or alcohol\n\nscreening test; or\n\n6. Sell or market an adulterant with the intent by the seller\n\nor marketer that the product be used to adulterate a urine or other\n\nbodily fluid sample for the purpose of defrauding or causing\n\ndeceitful results in a urine, drug, or alcohol screening test.\n\nB. Intent to defraud or cause deceitful results in a urine,\n\ndrug, or alcohol screening test is presumed if:\n\n1. A heating element or any other device used to thwart a drug\n\nscreening test accompanies the sale, giving, distribution, or\n\nmarketing of urine; or\n\n2. Instructions that provide a method for thwarting a drug\n\nscreening test accompany the sale, giving, distribution, or\n\nmarketing of urine.\n\nC. As used in this section, “adulterant” means a substance that\n\nis not expected to be in human urine or a substance expected to be\n\npresent in human urine but that is at a concentration so high that\n\nit is not consistent with human urine, including, but not limited\n\nto:\n\n1. Bleach;\n\n2. Chromium;\n\n3. Creatinine;\n\n4. Detergent;\n\n5. Glutaraldehyde;\n\n6. Glutaraldehyde/squalene;\n\n7. Hydrochloric acid;\n\n8. Hydroiodic acid;\n\n9. Iodine;\n\n10. Nitrite;\n\n11. Peroxidase;\n\n12. Potassium dichromate;\n\n13. Potassium nitrite;\n\n14. Pyridinium chlorochromate; and\n\n15. Sodium nitrite.\n\nD.
