Stat. tit. 63, § 63-704","heading":"Inspection statement","body":"Before any shooting gallery shall begin to operate in any\n\ncounty, city or town of this state, it shall be inspected by the\n\nsheriff of said county, or his authorized deputy, for safety, and\n\nthe owner must have a statement in writing by said sheriff or his\n\nauthorized deputy that he has inspected the premises and is of the\n\nopinion that it is safe to operate. Such statement shall not be\n\nfurnished by the sheriff or his authorized deputy unless the\n\nshooting gallery meets the requirements of this act. In the event a\n\nshooting gallery is moved from one place to another, a new\n\ninspection statement must be secured by the owner or operator prior\n\nto beginning operation. It is hereby made the duty of the sheriff\n\nof each county personally or through his authorized deputy to make\n\nthe inspection required herein upon request of the owner or\n\noperator.
