It shall be unlawful for any facility or person to perform\n\nsleep diagnostic tests without having first complied with this act\n\nor as may otherwise be allowed by applicable law.\n\nB. The State Department of Health is authorized to enforce the\n\nprovisions of this act.\n\nC.
