Stat. tit. 63, § 63-79","heading":"Oklahoma Sports Eye Safety Program Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be designated the \"Oklahoma Sports Eye Safety Program Revolving\n\nFund\" administered by the State Department of Health. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all the monies received by the State Department\n\nof Health pursuant to the provisions of Section 2368.25 of Title 68\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, any other section of law and any other\n\nmonies that may be deposited in the fund to implement the provisions\n\nof this act. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State\n\nDepartment of Health for the purposes of:\n\n1. Exploring opportunities to utilize nonprofit organizations\n\nto provide sports eye safety information or sports eye safety\n\nequipment to children age eighteen (18) and under; and\n\n2. Establishing a sports eye safety grant program for the\n\npurchase and distribution of sports eye safety programs and\n\nmaterials to classrooms in this state and sports eye safety\n\nprotective wear to children age eighteen (18) and under.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 63"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os63.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7c5c1d1c913b1691700ad439144c356fc095c4b5d7b064b80eb0646f96f2d53b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-7330","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-63-63-91"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
