Stat. tit. 63, § 63-932","heading":"Rules and regulations","body":"The Board is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and\n\nregulations necessary or appropriate to carry out effectively the\n\nprovisions of this act. Such rules and regulations shall be filed\n\nwith the Secretary of State and shall not be effective until ten\n\n(10) days after the date of filing.
