Stat. tit. 63, § 63-95","heading":"Surrender of body when claimed","body":"After an unclaimed body has been received by the Anatomical\n\nBoard’s agent, and has been preserved and stored, the body may be\n\nclaimed within thirty (30) days after death, by relatives, friends,\n\nfraternal or charitable organizations, for burial or cremation, at\n\nthe expense of the claimant, and the body shall thereupon be\n\nsurrendered to such claimant.
