Stat. tit. 63, § 63-98","heading":"Expense of delivery or distribution of unclaimed body","body":"No county, municipality, officer, agent or servant thereof,\n\nshall incur any expense by reason of the delivery or distribution of\n\nany such body. All expenses for the storage, distribution or any\n\nother related services involved in the use of the bodies shall be\n\nborne by those institutions receiving and using the bodies.
