Stat. tit. 63, § 63-986","heading":"Temporary clearance of lines - Costs","body":"When any person, firm or corporation desires to temporarily\n\ncarry on any function, activity, work or operation in closer\n\nproximity to any high-voltage line or conductor than permitted by\n\nthis act, the person or persons responsible for the work to be done\n\nshall promptly notify the operator of the high-voltage conductors of\n\nthe work to be performed and make appropriate arrangements with the\n\noperator of the high-voltage conductors for temporary mechanical\n\nbarriers, temporary deenergization and grounding of the conductors,\n\nor temporarily raising of the conductors before proceeding with any\n\nwork which would impair the clearances required by this act.\n\nThe actual costs incurred by any operator of high-voltage\n\nconductors in providing clearances as above set out shall be paid by\n\nthe persons, firms or corporations requesting the operator of the\n\nhigh-voltage conductors to provide said temporary clearances.
