The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Auditor and\n\nInspector, Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the President\n\nof the State Board of Agriculture shall constitute the Commissioners\n\nof the Land Office. The Commissioners of the Land Office shall have\n\ncharge of the sale, exchange, rental, disposal, and management of\n\nthe school lands and other public lands of the state and of the\n\nfunds and proceeds derived from the lands. The school lands and\n\npublic lands of the state and the funds and proceeds derived from\n\nthe lands shall be managed as a sacred trust for the exclusive\n\nbenefit of the beneficiaries and for the return of full value from\n\nthe use and disposition of the trust property and as prescribed by\n\nthe Legislature to attain the trust goals by protection of assets\n\ncoupled with maximum return and to provide standards to foster\n\nevenhanded and proper administration of the trust.\n\nB.
