There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund to be\n\ndesignated the Commissioners of the Land Office Fund. The fund\n\nshall be subject to legislative appropriations and certification by\n\nthe Board of Equalization. The fund shall consist of revenues\n\ndeposited to the fund pursuant to subsection B of this section and\n\nother revenues deposited to the fund by law. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations.\n\nB. Beginning July 1, 1992, the Commissioners of the Land Office\n\nshall deposit six percent (6%) of the revenue generated from the\n\nCommon School Fund, the Education Institutions Fund, the University\n\nof Oklahoma Fund, the University Preparatory School Fund, the\n\nOklahoma State University Fund, the Normal Schools Fund, the\n\nLangston University Fund, the Public Building Fund, and the Greer 33\n\nFund to the credit of the Commissioners of the Land Office Fund.\n\nC.
