The Commissioners of the Land Office, by formal resolution\n\nadopted by a majority vote of the members of the Commission, shall\n\nfix a schedule of fees to be charged for services rendered by the\n\nLand Office. Except as otherwise provided by law, the fees shall be\n\ncollected and deposited in the revolving fund for the Commissioners\n\nof the Land Office.\n\nB. The Secretary of the Land Office shall have authority to\n\nissue formal resolutions adopted by the Commissioners of the Land\n\nOffice, as authorized by the Commissioners.
