Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1026","heading":"Records - Destroying or forging a felony","body":"Any employee of the Commissioners of the Land Office who shall\n\nknowingly and without authority and in violation of the records\n\ndestruction policy destroy, forge, falsify, steal, mutilate, hide or\n\nintentionally misplace any of the records, files, computer data or\n\nany other property of the Commissioners of the Land Office, or who\n\nknowingly permits or causes the unlawful destruction, forgery,\n\nfalsifying, stealing, mutilating, hiding or intentional misplacing\n\nof any of the records of the Commissioners of the Land Office, shall\n\nbe deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense, and upon conviction\n\nshall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by\n\nboth fine and imprisonment, and shall be immediately discharged by\n\nthe Commissioners of the Land Office upon discovery of the acts.","path":["OK Code","Title 64"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os64.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"44781dcc10a618415f3acca58e9071a25e2f3bb6bfef39d2dd4c0d3626e537f6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-64-64-1025","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-64-64-1027"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
