Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1036","heading":"Accounts and records of Land Office – Audits – Filing","body":"copies of audits.\n\nThe accounts and records of the Land Office shall annually have\n\nan audit conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally\n\naccepted in the United States of America and the standards\n\napplicable to financial audits contained in the \"Government Auditing\n\nStandards\", issued by the Comptroller General of the United States,\n\nby an independent Oklahoma certified public accountant. The\n\nSecretary of the Land Office is authorized to contract for the\n\naudits required pursuant to this section.
