Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1038","heading":"Power of Commissioners to sue and be sued – Attorney","body":"General to represent.\n\nThe Commissioners of the Land Office are hereby authorized to\n\nemploy attorneys or to engage private attorneys to bring or defend\n\nsuits in the name of the Commissioners of the Land Office and on\n\nbehalf of the State of Oklahoma in all matters affecting the public\n\nlands of the state, and in all matters affecting the loaning,\n\ninvesting or collecting of school land and state land monies, of,\n\nand belonging to the state.
