Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1041","heading":"Disposition of proceeds","body":"All proceeds of the sale of such land described in the preceding\n\nsection shall be sacredly preserved for the use and benefit of the\n\nseveral funds, institutions, and purposes for which said land was\n\ngranted by the United States to the State of Oklahoma, under the\n\nprovisions of the Enabling Act, and of any other Acts of Congress,\n\nand by the Constitution, for the uses and purposes, and upon the\n\nconditions and under the limitations for which the same was granted\n\nand the money resulting from such sale shall be handled, disposed of\n\nand used by the state in like manner as the other monies belonging\n\nto the said several funds under the laws of this state.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 7145.
