Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1047","heading":"Notice of sale","body":"Before selling any public, state or school lands, the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office shall advertise the fact that the\n\nsale shall be had by publication in four consecutive issues of at\n\nleast one weekly newspaper of general circulation in the county in\n\nwhich said lands are situated.
