Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1054","heading":"Notice of sale - Publication","body":"Before selling lands and improvements authorized to be sold, the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office shall advertise the sale by\n\npublication calculated to bring the highest and best bids. The\n\nadvertisement shall be at a minimum published in a newspaper of\n\ngeneral circulation in the county in which the land is situated for\n\nfifteen (15) days prior to the date of sale.
