Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1057","heading":"Commissioners of the Land Office - Delinquency –","body":"Collection procedures.\n\nIf the lessee of any of the lands or mineral interests owned by\n\nthe state shall be in default of rental payments due the state, the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office shall institute collection\n\nproceedings, including any and all commercial or governmental\n\nprocedures and proceedings permitted to the full extent of the law.\n\nAny and all notices, summons, subpoenas or other official documents\n\nmay be served by an employee of the Land Office, who may serve\n\nwithout special designation for service of process in any court\n\nwithin the state.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 7177.
