Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1058","heading":"Assignment of lease as security","body":"No assignment of a school land lease as security shall be valid\n\nunless filed for record in the office of the Commissioners of the\n\nLand Office within thirty (30) days after execution of the\n\nassignment. The Land Office shall charge a fee set by the\n\nCommissioners of the Land Office for entering and recording each\n\nassignment. No assignments of the lease which is the home of the\n\nfamily shall be valid unless executed by both husband and wife.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 7178.
