Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1060","heading":"Records made public","body":"Except as otherwise provided by law, all of the records in\n\npossession, control, care and custody of the Commissioners of the\n\nLand Office are hereby declared to be public records, and certified\n\ncopies thereof are admissible in evidence in the courts of this\n\nstate. Any person shall be entitled to receive a certified copy of\n\nany instrument on record with the Commissioners of the Land Office\n\non the payment of a fee as prescribed by the Commissioners.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 7189.
