Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1078","heading":"Apportionment of income among institutions","body":"The State Treasurer shall apportion the income derived from the\n\n\"Section Thirteen Fund State Educational Institutions\" among the\n\neducational institutions entitled thereto, in accordance with the\n\ndivision and distribution made in Section 1, of Article 11, Chapter\n\n34, Session Laws of 1907-1908, entitled \"An Act to provide for the\n\ndivision and distribution of the income, rentals, interest, and\n\nproceeds from certain lands among certain educational institutions,\n\nand making appropriations of such fund in pursuance thereof,\n\ndesignating a name by which such fund shall hereafter be known, and\n\ndeclaring an emergency\"; and shall likewise apportion the income\n\nderived from the \"New College Fund\" to the educational institutions\n\nentitled thereto, in accordance with Section 1, Article 5, Chapter\n\n28, Session Laws of 1909, entitled \"An Act to provide for making\n\navailable to various educational institutions the income, interest,\n\nrentals, and proceeds from certain lands, and making appropriations\n\nof such funds; designating a name by which such fund shall hereafter\n\nbe known and declaring an emergency\". The Director of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall notify the chairman of the\n\nboard having control of each of said educational institutions, and\n\nthe president of each of said institutions, of the amount\n\napportioned to it.
