Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1084","heading":"County separate school lands - Leases","body":"Oil and gas mining lease or leases of lands belonging to the\n\ncounty separate schools of any county shall be entered into by the\n\nboard of county commissioners as to such lands not located within\n\nany independent school district, and shall be entered into by the\n\nboard of education of any independent school district in which any\n\nsuch lands are located.
