Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1091","heading":"Notice and sale of lease","body":"Should the Commissioners of the Land Office find that the state\n\nowns a valuable mineral, they shall offer the necessary mineral\n\nlease for sale on competitive bids, and notice of such sale shall be\n\npublished in at least one newspaper, authorized by law to publish\n\nlegal notices, in the county in which the land is located.
