Stat. tit. 65, § 65-158.1","heading":"Limitations on library commissions in counties of less","body":"than 200,000 population.\n\nIn exercising its powers and fulfilling its duties, a commission\n\nfor a city-county library in a county having a population of less\n\nthan two hundred thousand (200,000) shall be subject to the\n\nfollowing limitations in addition to other limitations specifically\n\nprovided by statute:\n\n1. The commission's exercise of the powers granted pursuant to\n\nSection 158 of this title shall be subject to approval by the\n\ngoverning body of the city and the board of county commissioners;\n\n2. The commission shall submit its fee schedules, contracts,\n\nexpenses and annual budget for approval of the governing body of the\n\ncity and the board of county commissioners;\n\n3. The commission may contract for, receive, utilize and\n\ndisburse any grants or other financial assistance from the United\n\nStates or from any other source only in such manner as may be agreed\n\nupon by the governing body of the city and the board of county\n\ncommissioners;\n\n4. Vouchers to pay claims authorized by the commission may be\n\nissued only after the claims have been approved by the governing\n\nbody of the city and the board of county commissioners; and\n\n5.
