Stat. tit. 65, § 65-160","heading":"Employee retirement","body":"If, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 37 of Title 11 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes or of any statute supplemental thereto or of any\n\ncharter provision of the city, a retirement system is established\n\nfor the employees of the city, the employees of the city-county\n\nlibrary system may be included in that retirement system on the same\n\nbasis applicable to employees of the city, if the commission so\n\nrecommends and the board of county commissioners and the governing\n\nbody of the city approve. Nothing otherwise provided by law shall\n\noperate to prohibit the appropriation of county funds for the\n\npayment of the county's pro rata share of the contribution to be\n\nmade to the retirement fund on behalf of the employees of the city-\n\ncounty library system.
