Stat. tit. 65, § 65-2-102","heading":"Membership of Board","body":"The members appointed by the Governor shall be qualified\n\nelectors of the state and actual residents of the Congressional\n\nDistricts from which they are appointed. No member of the Board\n\nshall in any way be connected with the business of publishing or\n\nselling books, periodicals or other forms of library materials, nor\n\nwith the business of manufacturing or selling library supplies or\n\nequipment.
