Stat. tit. 65, § 65-2-107","heading":"Oklahoma Local Library Support Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Local Library Support Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Oklahoma Department of\n\nLibraries from state appropriations designated specifically for\n\ndeposit in this fund for purposes as specified in this act and from\n\nany other sources provided for by law. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for the purpose of\n\nproviding convenient library service or access to library service\n\nfor all citizens of Oklahoma. In administering the fund the\n\nDepartment of Libraries shall encourage existing public libraries to\n\ncooperatively share library resources by:\n\n1. Extending or establishing public library services in\n\nunserved county areas or contracting for services with existing\n\nOklahoma Department of Libraries certified municipal public\n\nlibraries, other certified public libraries, library districts, or\n\nlibrary systems; and\n\n2. Strengthening existing Oklahoma Department of Libraries\n\ncertified municipal public libraries, other certified public\n\nlibraries, library districts, and library systems.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Libraries Board shall establish a\n\nformula for the equitable apportionment of monies to counties\n\napplying and qualifying for such funds pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued\n\nby the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law\n\nwith the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 65"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os65.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"242edb685921d6778abd9db4aa167463cfad0e15eb91cf92b466b2df4ecec8cc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-65-65-2-106","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-65-65-2-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
