Stat. tit. 65, § 65-3-102","heading":"Department as official library of the state","body":"\n\nThe Department shall constitute the official library of the\n\nState of Oklahoma. The Department shall have custody of all books,\n\ndocuments, facsimiles, films, maps, manuscripts, pamphlets, papers,\n\ncharts, archives, periodicals, records, and any other materials or\n\nobjects now in its possession or that may be acquired.
