Stat. tit. 65, § 65-3-107","heading":"Appropriations, gifts, bequests or grants - Contracts -","body":"Libraries' Revolving Fund.\n\nThe Department may receive and use appropriations, gifts,\n\nbequests or grants from any source, public or private, and may take\n\nsuch action as may be necessary to receive such funds. It may\n\ncontract with other agencies, organizations, libraries, library\n\nschools or the agencies of other governments for library services,\n\nfacilities, research or any allied or related purpose.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Libraries, to be designated the\n\nOklahoma Department of Libraries' Revolving Fund.
