The Oklahoma Department of Libraries is authorized to\n\npurchase, lease or otherwise acquire and hold title to and dispose\n\nof lands and buildings and other facilities, and materials, motor\n\nvehicles or other equipment, or to erect and equip buildings\n\nnecessary in effecting the purposes of this Code.\n\nB. The Department may expand the Allen Wright Memorial Library\n\nfor the purpose of providing space that will serve as a repository\n\nand research center for Oklahoma state records pursuant to the\n\nRecords Management Act and Sections 305 through 317 of Title 67 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes and to provide space for other Department of\n\nLibraries functions as it deems necessary.
