Stat. tit. 65, § 65-3-113.1","heading":"Publications Clearinghouse - Creation - Director -","body":"Rules - Electronic publications.\n\nA. The Publications Clearinghouse is hereby created as a unit\n\nof the Oklahoma Department of Libraries. The Publications\n\nClearinghouse shall be directed by the Director of the Department of\n\nLibraries. The Director shall promulgate rules necessary to\n\nimplement the functions and duties of the Publications Clearinghouse\n\nas provided for by law.\n\nB. It is the intent of the Legislature that state agencies\n\nissue publications in an electronic format whenever possible, unless\n\nsuch issuance would interfere with the availability to the public of\n\nsuch publications and the information contained therein. It is the\n\nfurther intent of the Legislature that the Publications\n\nClearinghouse and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries disseminate\n\nlinks to or other means by which to access publications to the same\n\nrecipients required by law to receive copies or who have\n\ntraditionally received copies of publications not published in an\n\nelectronic format.
