Stat. tit. 65, § 65-3-115","heading":"Copies to other states, territories or possessions and","body":"The Library of Congress - Exchange agreements - Surplus\n\npublications.\n\nThe Publications Clearinghouse, pursuant to exchange agreements,\n\nshall send copies of state publications to the official library of\n\neach of the states, territories, and possessions of the United\n\nStates and to The Library of Congress, may exchange copies for the\n\npublications of other governments or organizations, and may send\n\ncopies upon request to other entities or persons. The Department of\n\nLibraries may sell at the fair market value or otherwise dispose of\n\nany surplus publications.
