Stat. tit. 65, § 65-3-120","heading":"Public land survey corner record book - Index - Filing","body":"and recording fees - Exemptions.\n\nA. The Division shall receive the completed public land survey\n\ncorner record and preserve it in an appropriate book. The books\n\nshall be in numerical order; provided, however, public land survey\n\ncorner records may also be preserved in the same manner as any other\n\nrecorded instruments.\n\nB. The Division shall provide a suitable system for indexing\n\nsaid documents, whereby access and recovery of the information\n\ncontained therein shall be readily accessible and available for the\n\nuse of the public.\n\nC. The Division may charge a reasonable filing fee for the\n\nfiling and recording of the information. However, all corners,\n\nmonuments and their accessories established prior to the effective\n\ndate of this act, for which a written record is completed as\n\nrequired herein, and which are offered for filing or recording\n\nwithin six (6) months of the effective date of this act, shall be\n\naccepted and filed by the Division without requiring the payment of\n\nfees therefor.\n\nD.
