Stat. tit. 65, § 65-4-104","heading":"System board of trustees - Officers - Meetings - Quorum","body":"The system board shall elect a chairman, vice-chairman, and\n\ntreasurer from the appointed members. The term of the officers\n\nshall be one (1) year.\n\nThe system board shall meet as often as is required to transact\n\nnecessary business and all meetings shall be open to the public in\n\ncompliance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Act, Section 301 et seq.\n\nof Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
