Stat. tit. 65, § 65-4-107.1","heading":"Oklahoma Local Library Capital Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Libraries to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Local Library Capital Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be\n\na continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall\n\nconsist of monies received by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries\n\nfrom state appropriations, federal funds or from any other\n\nappropriate sources. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund\n\nare hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Libraries for the purpose of providing\n\ncapital grants to public libraries within the state. Capital grants\n\nmade pursuant to this section shall not be made to systems within\n\ncounties with a population of five hundred thousand (500,000) or\n\nmore. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as provided by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nThe Oklahoma Department of Libraries shall establish guidelines\n\nfor the equitable apportionment of monies to public libraries\n\napplying for such grants.","path":["OK Code","Title 65"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os65.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5d85ae264c9312fa9b1d80f7f62c5286ad476df39a31bfa07e75118245095b78","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-65-65-4-107","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-65-65-4-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
