Stat. tit. 65, § 65-41","heading":"Extension or operation of library services - Grants -","body":"Purchase of personal property.\n\nIn the administration of any state plan for the extension or\n\noperation of library services of any type, or of any allied or\n\nrelated services, the State Librarian and Archivist may, from funds\n\navailable for the carrying out of said plan, make grants under such\n\ncondition as he considers appropriate and may purchase personal\n\nproperty to be used in the operation of the plan.
